Ben joined the team in 2023, having worked in ITT in various roles as a mentor, subject lead and secondary training lead in Bedfordshire. Ben is a history specialist and teaches history in a local school, running the history subject training for secondary trainees. He has recently completed an NPQLTD and works closely with our subject experts to design the secondary subject training at the Partnership.
