We have a comprehensive training programme for mentors and professional tutors and a proven track record of supporting both our partner schools and trainee teachers throughout the training process and beyond.

There are many good reasons to have one of our trainees in your school and departments. Many of our trainees prove to be so invaluable that they go on to take jobs in their placement schools, helping with teacher recruitment across the county.

Much of the success of our trainees is down the the hard work and dedication of key staff in our partnership schools. In return we offer full training and CPD opportunities for those who would like it, along with opportunities for subject specialists to deliver training as well as mentor training and Teach Meets.
