As part of our commitment to providing outstanding training and opportunities we continue to support our alumni once they have completed our course. We offer a comprehensive package of support for Early Careers Teachers designed in conjunction with the Early Careers Framework and provide further training on the Early Careers Framework to our partner schools. 

On average around 87% of our trainees go on to work within one of our partner schools and an even higher percentage continue to work within the local area. 

During the course we offer training and support in applying for jobs to ensure our trainees are best placed to go straight into employment upon receiving QTS.
